Halal Policy
Nylex Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd, is the only licensed chemical manufacturing company that produces phosphoric acid in Malaysia since 1977.
The Management of Nylex Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd is committed to provide halal products and services to its customers.
By adhering to all requirements in the Malaysian Halal Certification procedures, we envision ourselves to be the manufacturer that produces high quality, Halal guaranteed phosphoric acid through the implementation of Malaysian Halal Management System.
Throughout our business process, we promise to uphold the Halal Integrity, producing only Halal products consistently, at the highest quality possible raw material that is Halal certified and safe for use.
We have progressively adopted all the Halal certification requirements in our daily business practices through the implementation of the Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS). The MHMS is monitored and reviewed by our management to ensure our phosphoric acid complies with Halal requirements. Trusting us to provide you with Halal products and Quality Services consistently.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy
Nylex Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd, is committed to ensuring the safety and health of all employees, contractors, visitors and consumers. This policy is formulated in accordance with legal requirements in Malaysia. To achieve this, we will:
- Create a safety and health - based work culture to prevent untoward incidents, injury and illness.
- Provide adequate information, instruction, and training to meet Occupational Safety and Health obligations.
- Provide ways and means to identify a risk management approach, in consultation with employees, to identify, assess and control risks to a level as low as reasonably practical.
- Ensure full compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Continually implement, improve and update the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
While the management of Nylex Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd, shall be responsible for the achievement of the above policy, all employees, contractors, visitors, consumers and other related parties are expected to cooperate with the organisation in achieving the Occupational and Health policy that has been set.
